At its core IPJ is a family business with a mission to provide quality fencing solutions and contracting to every one of our customers.
The mission is best represented in the attitudes and values of our team of directors. Rob, Kelsay, Joe and Ian.
Brothers Rob and Joe started at IPJ as teenagers in the 90s, work experience became a weekend job, a weekend job became a full-time job. A full-time job became a passion that has translated into over 50 years of service between them, with Joe now holding the position of logistics director and Rob stepping up at managing director in 2024. Whilst Kelsay Jones has been here from the start, helping found the company with her husband and our founder Ian Jones and now taking the position of finance director. Ian joined the company some years later and took on the role of commercial director.

While we work with trusted suppliers across the UK, having our own workshop means we can take care of the details ourselves — from custom panels and gates to one-off designs that need a bit more thought. It lets us keep tight control over quality and deadlines, and step in quickly when a project calls for something bespoke. For us, it’s about combining skilled craftsmanship with the scale and reliability our clients expect. Embracing our family-run approach to care and quality.

It gives us full control over quality, turnaround, and design, so we can adapt fast when projects demand something unique. It’s the perfect mix of craftsmanship, capability, and the family-run care that defines everything we build.

Each project is handled by our team of expert installers who all hold CSCS cards as standard and complete further task specific training and industry certified scheme based on their role and responsibilities at IPJ. At IPJ we pride ourselves on investing in our employees, ensuring they have all the tools, training and trade knowledge they need to deliver only the highest quality onto your site.
